TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

All orders will be shipped Prepaid (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). Please do not prepay by check or money order. These will be returned.

SHIPMENT

All orders OUTSIDE the Continental U.S. require additional shipping. Please contact us by email or call us at: 800.772.2682.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ORDERING

Orders must be placed by Telephone, Fax, or E-mail. Please be sure to use part numbers whenever possible. If this is not possible, a detailed description of the desired item is needed before it can be shipped.

NO HOLDS

We regret that we cannot "hold" models for future shipment with other items. At one time we thought this was possible, but the process created more problems than it solved... for everyone.

REFUSALS

A $25.00 handling charge will be assessed on any order that is refused, regardless of the size of the order. This handling charge must be paid prior to the next order.

SHORTAGES

All shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

RETURNS

All returns must be sent back PREPAID. You must call to get a Returned Goods Authorization (R.G.A.) number. This number needs to be clearly printed on the package or the return will not be accepted. A copy of the original purchasing invoice must be included. All items that are returned more than 10 days after the original purchase date will be subject to a 20% handling charge. Due to nature of our business all items that were purchased 30 days or more prior cannot be returned.

Every effort has been made to avoid printing errors in our website, flyers, and catalogs. We therefore claim no responsibility for any application or specification errors that may occur. Lane Automotive Collectables reserves the right to change any advertised price without notice.
